Return Policies

Label Source will accept the returns for credit of all unopened cartons within sixty (60) days of original purchase date.

Defective merchandise will be replaced upon discovery of defects, even after sixty days, however, returns for credit after sixty days will be subject to Label Source testing of the returned merchandise.

Please contact Bob Boisseau or Michelle Murphy at Label Source before returning any merchandise so that a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) may be issued and pick ups scheduled by UPS or common carrier.

A credit memo will be issued once returned items are received in our Coppell, TX warehouse, verified, and, if applicable, tested for defects.
